Starting your journey with an early transfer to Luxor Airport for a flight to Cairo is the perfect way to begin your adventure. Start your day with a morning transfer from the hotel with your personal English-speaking Egyptologist Guide who will accompany you to visit Alexandria, home of Alexander the Great. Visit some of its ancient sites such as the Catacombs of Kom El- Shokafa, Pompey’s Pillar which dates back to the 3rd century and is over 25 meters high and made up of granite, and Fort Qaitbay. Learn about Emperor Diocletian at Roman Amphitheater before going for lunch included in this tour package. Last but not least; visit Alexandria Library which was reconstructed by building a new library in Selsela at Shatby beside the conference center that attracts scholars from all over the world for its literature, civilization, and arts-related affairs. After exploring these fascinating sites escorted by your guide return back to Cairo Airport where you’ll be transferred directly to Luxor Hotel.
